REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
This policy applies to customers within the European Union and other countries we ship to, unless local laws provide additional rights.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS
To qualify for a return:
✓ Item is unused and in original condition
✓ Item is in original packaging with all tags attached
✓ Return requested within 30 days of delivery
✓ Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened food, treats, or consumable products (for health and safety reasons)
• Personalized or customized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse or pet damage

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us at bloomdistrictpets@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return address and next steps
3. Ship the item back
Package securely and use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Other methods: 7-14 business days
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made a shipping error.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received a damaged or defective product? We sincerely apologize!
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
• We'll send a replacement at no cost OR issue a full refund (including original shipping)
You will NOT need to return damaged/defective items in most cases.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item:
• Contact us immediately at bloomdistrictpets@gmail.com
• We'll arrange to send the correct item at no charge
• Return shipping for the incorrect item will be covered by us

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
1. Return the original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the item you want

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
3. Contact your bank
