PROCESSING TIME

Orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification with tracking information once your package ships.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required!

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times vary by destination:

• European Union: 7-15 business days
• United Kingdom: 8-16 business days
• United States: 10-20 business days
• Canada: 12-22 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 15-25 business days
• Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local postal service delays, or peak shopping seasons.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Bloom District Pets has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we cannot deliver to your address, you will be notified at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While rare, packages may occasionally be lost or damaged during transit:

• Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 30+ days after shipment, contact us immediately
• Damaged items: Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos
• Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we're happy to assist with carrier claims

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
